SuBo pulled out of BGT tour

Susan Boyle has been forced to miss two shows on the Britain's Got Talent tour after being told to rest by doctors.

Fans at the Britain's Got Talent live shows in Manchester were told the singing phenomenon would not be appearing.

The star, known as SuBo, was whisked to a secret location in London after performing in Sheffield.

A show spokesman said: "Susan has been advised to rest. She sends her sincere apologies to her fans for not appearing at Manchester's MEN Arena."

Susan, who received standing ovations at the first three BGT shows, is said to be worried about letting her fans down.

But bosses are petrified it is all a case of too much too soon for the overwhelmed star, who recently spent four days in The Priory with exhaustion.

Susan is reportedly desperate to be back on stage for two shows in her native Scotland tonight and tomorrow.

Am I the only person in the whole country who thinks Susan Boyle is a liability rather than an asset?? Surely her life was not so sheltered that she didn't realise that appearing on a high profile show like BGT and possibly winning it that her life would not change!!!!!

I totally agree! She said herself that her and her Mum used to watch BGT so she obviously knew that they can make overnight stars out of people. What was she expecting?
However, I wish her well in her recovery!

Dee, You're not alone!!!!
I have been a professional entertainer for over 20 yrs and never sought stardom, im happy to be a big fish in a little pond and enjoy what i do immensely. I loved this lady's rendition of "I dreamed a dream" from Les Mis, I wonder if the pressure comes from within. Her semi final song left me less than impressed. Some say it was nerves, I think she had practised I D A D so much until she owned the song. A one song miracle perhaps? The old saying, if you cant stand the heat comes to mind and whilst i wish her no ill whatsoever, im fed up of hearing about the fact that she is suffering from the pressure. WHY GO ON THE SHOW IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

I agree about Susan Boyle being a liablility. She did not win so just leave it. Ok she was a brilliant singer - but she keeps throwing tantrums. Just let her go

yes i agree i surely she should have known, but i am sure she didnt expect all the worlds attention. i am not a fan at al, and think the show needs to plan a lot more so this sort of thing doesnt happen again, she seems a very instable women and i think it is likely to do her more harm than good, i am no expert but i think there is a lot brewing under the surface and it could be very harmful to her,

No, Dee, you aren't the only one. It's time this woman went back to Scotland and her cat and left us all in peace. She can't cope with fame and is spoiling things for her fans by opting out of the show.

people just have to realise that we are all only human at the end of the day, not only that i don't think she was expecting to become such a big star over night not just in the uk but all over the globe, which puts major pressure on just one little person, i think she is more an asset than what people realise, they need to see things from her point of view and be open minded!!!!
