these people are the reason that there is no god. how can total assholes have such previleged lives strip them of their money send them to reality school now that would be tv worth watching

The one thing common to all of these celebs is that they think they know what's good for their PR, usually to their detriment. Carol Vorderman is a case in point. She would have been happy with £50,000 per series, her original fee. She gambled on her PR and received £4 million plus co-host status when the producers were over a barrel. The present number cruncher is infinitely better in every way and less demanding.

What is the point? We, as the public, often give up on big things that could change our lives when it becomes difficult. We look up to these celebrities as role models, when in fact they quit things over petty problems! That's something that really bothers me about famous people. These people have a good chance of changing the world, when really they squabble over stupid stuff and never giving a damn of what we as the public think. When they lose attention they crave it more so they do stupid stuff, "celebrity stunts". They think their lives a bad when they really have it better than most.

Just another ploy to get rid of 'oldies'. No matter if you have no talent - if you are young you are in. The people who make these stupid decisions are probably in that category too. Mature, knowledgable people are forced out of jobs in many walks of life these days. The older people who watch TV or listen to the radio are not catered for any more. They have been pushed aside for being old.
