Paris Hilton has spoken out about her "humilitating" sex tape ordeal for the first time.

The socialite's celebrity rocketed in 2003 when the sex tape featuring her getting intimate with former flame Rick Salomon hit the internet.

Until now Paris has remained silent over the tape, but admits in a new documentary: "Obviously I was humiliated, embarrassed and in shock."

In the new show for MTV entitled Paris, Not France, Hilton talks candidly about the sex tape and says she will never forgive Soloman for what happened.

She says: "When you trust someone and love someone - for them to do that to you, it's really hard. It's something that bothers me every day."

Paris also gave a warning to young girls who could find themselves in a similar situation.

"I think a lot of girls, when they're in a relationship, they will love someone and trust them and maybe let them do that. I know that's happened to a lot of people.

"And you never know what they could do with it."
