Just last week we were speculating that singer Katy Perry and comedian/swordman Russell Brand had become an item.

Now it seems they've been caught red-handed, as she has been snapped leaving his house in London after staying the night there.

Of course it could all be an elaborate publicity stunt of the Max Clifford variety, but to be honest neither of them need the publicity - and that looks like a genuine walk of shame to us anyway.

The singer then got into a waiting taxi before she was driven to nearby Kings Cross railway station, where she caught a train to Paris for the Jean-Paul Gaultier Fashion Show.

We reckon Russell and Katy make a nicer couple than all of this 'orrible lot...
