She's no stranger to the Botox question, but Nicole Kidman proved yesterday that there is no need for chemicals when a Croydon Facelift will do just as well.

The auburn-haired actress arrived for a party at the Omega flagship store in New York without a wrinkle or fine line in sight – not bad for a 42-year-old.

With her hair scraped back into a tight ponytail, onlookers could only marvel at her ageless skin. One told the Daily Mail: "Nicole's complexion looked amazing.

"There was no sign of any fine lines on her face. Either she's ageing very gracefully or the ponytail ironed out any stray wrinkles."

Indeed. Nicole, however, insists that her eternal youth is down to drinking plenty of water, eating fruit and doing yoga and says: "I am completely natural.

"I have nothing in my face or anything."

Others say different. Dr Martin Braun, owner of the biggest Botox clinic in Canada, last year claimed that Miss Kidman was so "over-Botoxed" that she was giving the industry a bad name.

Perhaps we shall never know the truth.

Nicole may be all natural, but these celebs have gone a little too far in the opposite direction...
