Alesha Dixon leaving the OMEGA Constellation party in Mayfair, LondonAlesha Dixon may have ridden the storm of the Strictly/Arlene debacle, but she'd do well to pay a little attention to her fans.

The singer gave them the brush-off at a gig in Liverpool recently. While the poor fans waited (some for seven hours) in the cold at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, Miss Dixon asked security to ensure a quick getaway.

According to the Daily Star, most artists who grace the stage at the venue pop through the normal stage door for a quick hello and some autograph signing.

But not Alesha. She reportedly asked to be taken through the back door to avoid the waiting crowds.

One security team member told the paper: "Celebs and artists always go through the main door and happily meet and greet fans.

"But Alesha asked us to open a secret door around the back so she could sneak in. It did seem like an unnecessary request. She must have been having a bad day."

How diplomatic.

The fans, on the other hand, weren't quite so happy. One commented: "I'm so gutted. I can't believe she snubbed us, it's so rude. I'd waited for hours to meet her and get an autograph."

Not surprising though, since Alesha also asked for two masseuses from the Liverpool Wellbeing Centre to be sent to her dressing room, which she also insisted must be strewn with candles and rose petals.

Alesha's representatives were apparently unavailable for comment last night.

She might have asked for rose petals, but that's nothing compared to these diva demands...
