It's not getting any easier for Lindsay Lohan. Her father is continuously moaning on about his concerns over her drug habit and her fashion foray with Ungaro has been less than successful.

And despite managing to lock lips with Scottish heartthrob Gerard Butler, Li-Lo's holiday in Morocco took a turn for the scary.

Whilst shopping with pals on Sunday, Lindsay was approached by what we can only describe as a gun-toting loony.

Though she later discovered the gun was a fake, poor Lindsay was clearly left shaken by the incident.

And in times of trouble, celebrities inevitably turn to Twitter.

Lindsay later wrote: "I was walking... with the security guard & some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car & pointed a GUN at me!

"I was on the phone my mum & I screamed and ducked & the guy started laughing & pushed the trigger & it was a fake gun. I was crying... he scared me (sic)."

We can imagine. But perhaps you should consider a new security guard... maybe one who considers a guy following you in his car with a gun an actual threat.
