You might think that after punching a doctor in the face and being carted off to hospital on more than one occasion, David Hasselhoff would think about a more prolonged stay in rehab.

But then in his own words he's "like Amy Winehouse"... and just to prove it he's been in trouble again.

This time the 57-year-old was enjoying a visit to British Columbia in Canada. Enjoying it a bit too much in fact.

Apparently, The Hoff was involved in an "altercation" with an elderly customer at the Cascade Casino and had to be lead away from the scene by three security guards.

But clearly David isn't too keen to put a stop to his boozy antics... he was reportedly spotted out drinking again just seven hours later.

And back in Germany for the MTV Europe Awards last night, the Hoff didn't do anything to quash rumours that he is struggling to stay sober... according to The Sun, he was stumbling the wrong way along the red carpet.

Come on David, perhaps it's time you followed the example of these stars and go for a spot of celebrity rehab...
