Chris Brown claims anger caused Rihanna attack

Chris Brown not only blames his rage for his assault on his former girlfriend Rihanna, he also mentions his youth.

The 20-year-old talks about the incident to MTV, saying, "Just anger. Yeah, anger. Young people, we do before we think."

Brown is currently serving five year's probation after pleading guilty for the attack, and was also given six month's community labour and domestic violence counselling.

Rihanna has given interviews recently on ABC's 20/20 show in which she details the brutal nature of Brown's attack, including how he bit her.

Brown issued a statement in response to her interviews, saying, "While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8th, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us."

NO he dosent at the end of the day we all make mistakes he is young! give him a chance am sure you have done some bad things in live and hoped for forgiveness stop hating him even rhianna said she cares about him still because she knows that he didnt mean to do it and it wasnt him in his eyes! there is no need for all this hatin to be honest the only people who know what went on that night is rhianna and chris therselves NO1 else so we dont know exactly what happened! YOU DONT KNOW THE FULL STORY!!!!!!

Where do you draw the line Samantha? What if he abused a little kid? Would you want him locked up then? At the end of the day, he brutally attacked his own girlfriend. You're right in saying nobody knows what happened that night. There is a lot of speculation as to why he did what he did. What we do know is he didn't just slap her a bit, he beat, kicked and bit her viciously and relentlessly. The man is animal. I am shocked he is blaming his youth and anger cos I am young, I get angry but I would never react like that. For his crime, he got a VERY lenient sentence. What's worse is that he has got a new single out soon and yet his stupid little fans are so quick to forget. After what he did, I think he should be boycotted.
So what next Samantha? You gonna be fronting the Gary Glitter comeback? After all, doesn't everyone deserve forgiveness according to you? After seeing the photo of bruised Rhianna, I think Brown crossed over that line of evil. Thankfully, I am not blindsighted by being a 'fan'.
