TV presenter and all-round lovely celeb Denise Van Outen has revealed that she is pregnant with her first child.

According to the Sun, Denise is expecting a baby with hubby and reality show winner Lee Mead in what will surely be the most exciting D-list celebrity birth of next year.

Denise has already had her 12-week scan and the couple reportedly spent yesterday evening ringing family and friends with the news.

A source told The Sun: "To say they are ecstatic would be an understatement. The baby's healthy and everything's going to plan."

Van Outen, who was previously said to have made a bizarre 'if we're not married in two years we'll wed' pact with ladies' man David Walliams, met 28-year-old Mead when she was a judge on the Beeb's Any Dream Will Do talent show.

And she is due to give birth in May, which coincidentally will be at the end of a new show aiming to find a star for the Wizard of Oz.

But Denise isn't going to be work shy. A friend said: "She's insisting she'll work all through her pregnancy."

Come the summer of next year then, Denise may well be appearing on our gallery of hot celebrity mums...
