Frasier star Kelsey Grammer has revealed that he turned down the opportunity of becoming a porn star in his youthful struggling actor days.

Surprising as that may seem, the actor told Contactmusic that he was even considering a move into the industry.

Grammer explained: "I have been offered some odd roles. When I was young and cute, I was actually offered a porn film once. I was 18 years old. I was very broke at the time. It would've been $10,000."

It might make us feel slightly squeamish now, but we're sure Kelsey was indeed young and cute once upon a time.

He continued: "They said I was going to go on this yacht in the Bahamas with these two beautiful women. They called it The Bermuda Triangle, [which] sounds pretty good.

"But then I thought, if I get lucky and actually do have success, I would be buying up copies of that for the rest of my life."

Provided the tabloids didn't get there first, of course.
