It's been nice to see Amy Winehouse getting on so well since kicking the drug addiction.

Her new boobs seem to have given her a renewed confidence and these days she happily goes about her wardrobe malfunctioning business.

But it wasn't all that long ago that dad Mitch was explaining how addicts often replace one addiction with another – and it seems Amy has chosen surgery.

According to the Mirror, Amy has already booked in to the London Clinic to get her outstanding nose fixed.

A source told the paper: "Amy's become totally obsessed with surgery since her boob job.

"She wants her nose made smaller to fit with her small face as she hates the fact her nose is so big and she doesn't like the shape.

"Amy says she can barely look in the mirror at the moment as she hates it so much. She's booked in for January but is pushing to get it done sooner. Her family are dead-set against it and her brother has gone mad at her saying it will ruin her whole look and she will become unrecognisable.

"They're trying to talk her out of it but Amy's having none of it."

Still, as she prepares to go under the knife, Amy must be hoping that those big black freckles can be added permanently... it would save her valuable drinking time of an evening, surely.
