Frustrated record executives are reported to have 'grounded' Amy Winehouse in a bid to speed up her very delayed new album.Bosses at the singer's label, Island Records, are reported by the Daily Mirror to have sent minders round to order her to stay at home - giving us delightful visions of a collaboration with Dennis Waterman.
The paper's source said: "It includes her being banned from heavy nights out, being obliged to work in the studio for a certain number of hours a day.
"She'll also have to follow a strict daily routine and be monitored to make sure she is sleeping and eating well, and taking her vitamin tablets."
