When Jennifer Lopez realised that her ex-husband might possibly be releasing a sex tape (shock horror), she quickly managed to secure a temporary injunction against its release. But the ex-husband in question, Cuban chef Ojani Noa, insists there's really no reason for J-Lo to worry... it's not a sex tape, oh no... well, there is one incidence of "spanking" but still.
Metro quote Noa as saying: "They think I have a sex tape with her and that I'm trying to sell it.
"My tape is from our honeymoon, the wedding, us hanging out. There's no nudity – maybe one spanking."
Notice how he cunningly slips that in as if nobody will notice.
Mr Noa continued: "There's moments of her fighting with her mom... couples having fun and kissing. If someone has a sex tape, it's not me."
Noa, who was divorced by Ms Lopez in 1998 after just a year of no doubt blissful marriage, added: "I'm not going to harm anybody.
"I'm a great guy. If I was going to hurt anybody I have had many, many chances to do it. I always wish her the best. The mockumentary is about me escaping from Cuba and living here. They think it's about her but it's not. It's about me."
No doubt if J-Lo continues her injunctions against Noa, he'll be taking advantage of one of those "many, many chances" he's been carefully not using.
