We've not heard much about Amanda Holden recently. And since she's not gracing our screens on Britain's Got Talent at the moment, she's decided to pipe up about Botox.Miss Holden, who once declared that having poison injected into your face was as normal as "cleaning your teeth", has done a bit U-turn and insists that she's definitely not going to have it done again... ever.
The 38-year-old told Star magazine: "I haven't had Botox for eight or nine months and when I'm out in LA I think about it even less.
"It puts me off when I see people out there. Everyone looks the same and it's quite grotesque."
Apparently Amanda only used Botox while she was filming ITV drama Wild At Heart in South Africa, and those pesky crow's feet began to appear.
And it's not just Botox she's changed her mind about. Where once she was "all for" plastic surgery, Amanda is far too fragile to even consider something so dramatic.
"I have a skin condition which means I scar easily. So unless it was really, really necessary, it's not something I'd opt for," she claims.
Of course, the reason for her turnaround on cosmetic enhancements could be down to her body image.
Asked how she rates her looks, Miss Holden replied: "When I've had full makeup and hair I would say ten out of ten but most average days when I'm just dropping Lexi off to nursery then probably a six because I am a scuzzbag."
So there you go... when you're a perfect 10, who needs Botox?

At least Amanda was honest about her Botox use. These celebrities deny making use of the surgeon's knife...
