Robbie Williams appearing on German TVIf you're a celebrity robust enough to manage a spot on lunchtime show Loose Women, we're guessing you probably wouldn't be too worried about who was in the audience.

But apparently fragile little Robbie Williams simply cannot deal with an audience that isn't packed full of his very own fans.

According to the Mirror, the entire audience for the ITV show has been dumped at the last minute and replaced with Robbie-lovers.Tomorrow's show is an hour-long Robbie-showcasing special, but the original 90 people who had been invited as audience members suddenly received some rather frantic phone calls and emails saying they were out for "reasons beyond our control".

Which suggests Robbie really is that fragile. Four days after the scrapping of the original audience on October 29, Rob announced his appearance on the show via his official fan club website, offering tickets to fans who applied by email, quoting the reference "RobFan".

Claire Smith, who was originally booked for the audience told the Mirror: "It's a fiasco. I got a voicemail on my phone to say I was cancelled, then an email to confirm it.

"When I found out why, I phoned to complain and was told a condition of Robbie's appearance is that the audience is filled with his fans."

An ITV spokeswoman said: "We're sorry for any disappointment felt by audience members originally booked to attend the show," and added that the producers felt that an audience of Robbie's fans would make for a "better atmosphere".

Bet they wouldn't have this trouble with Gary Barlow.

Robbie, it seems, is more of a diva that we imagined... in fact, he's not far away from matching these diva demands...

Danyl Johnson listens to the judges' comments on last week's showLast week was certainly a tough week for X Factor hopeful Danyl Johnson. Having been in the bottom two the previous week and having to deal with some seriously unpleasant online comments, he proceeded to sing Aerosmith classic Don't Wanna Miss a Thing largely in the wrong key.

But guess who's stepped up to defend young Danyl - yes, it's everybody's favourite Simon Cowell cling-on, Sinitta.

In fact, Sinitta is so upset by Cheryl Cole's behaviour towards the singer that she's claiming he was close to a Susan Boyle style meltdown.Speaking to the News of the World, Sinitta said: "It's outrageous for Cheryl to target him personally. It's out of order and just mean.

"There is NOTHING to justify these comments that he's not likeable, that he's not a nice person, that he's a horrible guy.

"Not everyone can turn you on and be your favourite - but to show your personal distaste just because you don't like the person they are is quite hideous. It's not fair."

She went on: "He's had all the Susan Boyle-type hype and people were going crazy about him. Then he's had to put up with being vilified and told he's more hated than Hitler.

"That's very difficult to take for a young man who has been celebrated then turned against."

We don't really remember the 'celebrated' bit but have to concede that the Hitler comment was probably going a bit far.

But Sinitta, having moved on from Dannii-hating, has switched her attentions to the woman she dubs "Miss Cheryl Tweedy-pie", saying: "It's all very well to do her big eyes and say, 'Be gentle with me Simon.' But behind his back she's trying to win.

"He's trying not to be sucked in. He's saying, 'Yes, you are adorable but guess what? I want to win too!'

"It would be his worst nightmare for Cheryl to win. There is that competition there.

"Can you imagine? No1 single, No1 album, favourite judge and two-time winner of The X Factor? She might be a little smug and I don't think he could stomach it."

By "he" we're guessing she actually means herself.

Still, when at the age of 54 you've managed to bag yourself a 30-year-old model, there doesn't seem much point.

Bruce added: "I am surprised when I'm reminded of my age. I still feel like I'm about 24 years old. I could still whoop a lot of guys asses if I have to."

And now we're kind of wishing we still hadn't heard much. The Sex and the City star has been talking to Elle magazine about the joys of motherhood.

"I love the smell of diapers - I even like when they're wet and you smell them all warm like a baked good," she said. "I love the smell of Balmex. Love it."Which leaves us wondering exactly what kind of baked goods they have in the US.

Sarah also talks about how her seven-year-old son James is getting in on the act, by insisting that baby Loretta should be called Marion.

She explained: "He told me he really wanted Marion to be in the mix. We thought, 'Are we crazy? Do we let our son name one of the girls? Is that the right thing to do? Is it important for him?' And then he goes, 'And I want it legal'."

But SJP does have some fears about the new additions to her and hubby Matthew Broderick's family, saying: "I have a fear that they're not going to like me. The only tragedy would be if their feet are bigger than mine."

The new mum has come under criticism for her decision to use a surrogate mother but told the magazine: "We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn't the period at the end of the sentence."

Hmm... do we smell a possible African baby adoption on the horizon?

Marsh, confessed on ITV1's This Morning that she often feels isolated and alone following her son's death.

She says, "If I was to try again, I would want to know that I was being looked after and maybe some steps were being taken to make sure they were monitoring me more closely."The Coronation Street star has teamed up with ITV1's Tonight show to do an investigation into why so many babies are born early. Marsh said she felt compelled to try and help other mothers.

The Tonight With Kym show will be on ITV1 on Monday at 8pm.

Chris Brown not only blames his rage for his assault on his former girlfriend Rihanna, he also mentions his youth.

The 20-year-old talks about the incident to MTV, saying, "Just anger. Yeah, anger. Young people, we do before we think."

Brown is currently serving five year's probation after pleading guilty for the attack, and was also given six month's community labour and domestic violence counselling.Rihanna has given interviews recently on ABC's 20/20 show in which she details the brutal nature of Brown's attack, including how he bit her.

Brown issued a statement in response to her interviews, saying, "While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8th, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us."

Susan Boyle, Britain's Got Talent singing supremo, talks about how fame was like a steam-roller, flattening her.

In a candid interview with the Daily Mail, Susan says that after the show's semi-finals the pressure intensified, with her house hemmed-in by media crews from around the globe.

"It got to the stage where I couldn't even go outside because the media - American television crews too - surrounded the house."But Susan makes it clear she wasn't forced into singing as on the night of the finals Simon Cowell sent for her, to ask if she was certain she still wanted to perform. She goes on, "Of course I wanted to - it's what I'd waited my whole life for."

After coming second, Susan was taken by ambulance to the Priory, and she expained that, "I hadn't eaten properly for about a week, hadn't slept properly. It was like looking at everything through a glass, and the feeling was one of extreme exhaustion that manifested itself in firing off at everyone."

And Susan definitely isn't bitter from her experience, saying, "A lot of the difficulties I had were purely emotional. I couldn't handle things at that particular time, because I was new to it all. The whole thing just got out of control. It's never happened like that to anyone before and Britain's Got Talent can't take responsibility for that. "

Now Susan is on the up-and-up. Not only has she got a new image, with lippy and glossy hair (despite Sharon Osbourne's comments about her being hit with the ugly stick), she's performing all over the US and boosting TV ratings. Plus, her album, 'I Dreamed A Dream' has had so many advance orders it's outselling Whitney Houston's comeback, and that's ahead of the release date of November 23.

Susan isn't the only star making it big in a transatlantic fashion, other UK exports have also succeeded in the USA. And it's often the celebs you least expect...

According to the Mirror, the twins are getting so much attention ahead of their next um... show-stopping performance that the other contestants are getting ever so slightly annoyed.

A source told the paper: "John and Edward have their most ambitious performance of the series tonight and have needed lots of rehearsal time to get it right but it has gone down like a lead balloon with some of their competitors, who feel the boys are getting special treatment."Some of the acts think it gives them an unfair advantage in the race to win the X Factor recording contract and have been bitching and moaning about it. In fairness, it isn't Jedward's fault. It is their most elaborate routine to date and they need to practise but the others are getting pretty fed-up."

And it's not just the practising bit that's getting on the nerves of their fellow contestants. It hasn't gone unnoticed that Jedward are always performing right before the phone lines open.

The source added: "Simon Cowell isn't an idiot. He realises that many viewers will be tuning in specifically to see them. He wants to keep them watching right until the very end.

"But this has upset some of their rivals. Everyone likes to perform towards the end of the show as it is closer to when the voting lines open and their performances are obviously fresher in the minds of the voting public."

Which would normally mean that the off-key singing and shabby out-of-time dancing would be fresher in our minds but clearly there is something in it... after all, Jedward are still on the show.

Joe JacksonWe didn't think it would take long. Joe Jackson has reportedly insisted that there was "no justification" for him being excluded from son Michael's cash and has asked a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.

According to TMZ, Joe has filed papers at the LA County Superior Court claiming he is "entitled to his own independent family allowance."Apparently one Leonard Rowe (who claims to have been Michael's manager) says that Katherine was given up to $60,000 a month to live on by Michael, and was instructed to give half to Joe.

And since, as Joe is so keen on pointing out, Jacko's estate has "earned more than $100 million in the first seven weeks following his death" it is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."

His request is for $15,425 in monthly expenses including $3,000 for hotel bills, $2,500 for eating out and $2,000 for air travel, as well as cash for groceries and rent.

Notably, his expenses reportedly include $50 in charitable contributions.

Jacko would be proud.

Seven-year-old Harvey was rushed to hospital on Wednesday with suspected swine flu but has since been discharged and is on the road to recovery.Speaking on GMTV yesterday, Pete insisted that any differences were put aside at the hospital, saying: "For your children, you stay amicable, that's the way you do things. And there's no problem when it comes to your children - that's number one."

Their vigil at Harvey's bedside was the first time the pair have met since an awkward moment months ago when Jordan dropped the kids off with Pete.

But pals say Katie was touched by Pete's devotion to his stepson.

A source told Metro: "She realises how amazing Pete was at Harvey's bedside and apologised to him at the hospital for all the nasty things she has said about him.

"She told Pete, 'I've been selfish, I'm sorry".

Could this be the end of the magazine column bitching? We shall have to wait and see.

Ronan Keating arriving at the funeral of Stephen GatelyRonan Keating has spoken about the death of Boyzone bandmate Stephen Gately and has revealed that he struggled to cope with the shock.

In fact he found the loss so hard to deal with that he says it was worse than losing his mum to cancer 11 years ago.

He told the Mirror: "It has been the hardest thing I have ever known - ever. With my mum, she was sick for a while that we had almost two years to prepare for the end."We built a wall with mum. She was 51 and I was 20 at the time. I went through a lot of dark times. But with Steve, it was a shock and so sudden. We don't know what has happened which has made it so devastating. Steve was 33. A young man, with so much to give, so much life. It shows how fragile life is."

But Stephen's death has left Ronan with a lasting appreciation of life as a father and he has been overwhelmed by the public reaction to the tragedy.

He added: "I have three children and I don't plan on going anywhere now. I'm theirs, completely. The people have lifted me out of the dark place I was in.

"That's the one thing which kept us going through it all: the overwhelming support. It has been incredible. The media, the public and the fans. I am delighted for Steve that people did it with whole heartedness."

He will be sorely missed by many, but we take a look back at the life of Stephen Gately...

We're expecting Brad to grow a ponytail and buy a red Ferrari any day now.

He may have won a court injunction to stop his tape being sold, distributed or displayed back in 2005, but Irish actor Colin Farrell has fallen foul of a rather sneaky anonymous source.The tape, featuring Colin enjoying a romp with Playboy model Nicole Narain, has reportedly been sent to the family of his current girlfriend Alicja Bachleda.

And since the couple have only recently welcomed baby son Henry into the world, we're guessing the timing's probably not that great.

A friend of Farrell told Bang Showbiz: "Colin hoped he'd seen the last of the tape. Him and Alicja are desperate to find out who sent it."

We can imagine.

The source added: "Alicja's parents in Poland met Colin and liked him a lot. But they are Catholic and very old fashioned."

Ouch... they've probably seen a whole different side of him now.

She then tried to soften the blow a bit by saying: "That's not disrespecting what previous members have brought to the group, but we were signed as Sugababes to Island Records and I'm still signed to Island Records as Sugababes."

Guess who'll be at the top of the list for the next ousting.

Katie Price on I'm a CelebrityKatie Price may have been somewhat overexposed (in the publicity sense) in recent times, but that doesn't seem to worry the bosses at ITV.

According to the Daily Mail, ITV chiefs have offered the glamour girl a whopping £450,000 to return to the jungle where she met ex-husband Peter Andre.Apparently they believe it would be "ratings dynamite" and insiders are considering the possibility that Katie could be flown in after the first day, as a happy surprise for suspected contestants Vinnie Jones and Samantha Fox.

One sneaky insider told the paper: "It will at least be not on the first night and she will enter the jungle unannounced. It is very cheeky and very bold.

"This would be the first time ever someone has gone back in. I am sure the advantage of it is that it will keep her on the front page day after day for two-and-a-half weeks without actually having to do anything. And it is absolute ratings dynamite."

But before you all run screaming from your homes and local newsagents at the thought of all that front page coverage, a source close to the model has thrown just a tiny shadow of doubt over the whole idea.

The source said: "I don't think she will be doing it, she is going to Los Angeles when the show starts - but never say never with Katie."

Hmm, Los Angeles, eh?... sounds like an elaborate ruse to us.

Katie Price and Peter Andre have sadly parted ways. But before that a fair few of Jordan's conquests had already fallen by the wayside...

Dannii Minogue is reported to be hopping mad after her move to the end of the panel of X Factor judges was made permanent this week.

The pop star-turned-reality judge was allegedly given just a few minutes notice that she was being swapped with Louis Walsh - so that she was at the opposite end of the panel from Simon Cowell.And the Daily Mail claims that despite her making her unhappiness known to show bosses, 38-year-old Dannii is now expected to stay in the same spot for the rest of the series.

The Mail quoted a source as saying: "The situation is that the producers like the banter between Simon and Louis and wanted to move Louis up the panel. He livens things up, whereas having Cheryl and Dannii sitting together was getting a bit dull.

"But they also felt that Dannii and Simon give the most constructive comments on the show, so they would make good bookends, so Dannii is also somewhat a victim of her own success."

There is no suggestion that the move is a punishment for her comments about Simon's act Danyl Johnson's sexual preference a few weeks ago.

Dannii recently told how she posed nude for Playboy in the mid-90s to pay off her bills, and we've done a round-up of other stars who have also bared all for the title...

It seems all those reports of Russell Brand being a changed man since he hooked up with Katy Perry could be true, because he's even getting a sensible haircut.

The comic-turned-actor has said that his long hair was limiting the film parts he was being considered for - and that he hopes to broaden his appeal.He told the Press Association: "I can't keep always playing long-haired, scruffy men, otherwise my career would be limited.

"I was hoping one day to play Napoleon, but I can't play Napoleon as this shaggy-haired, bearded raconteur."

His next film role is in the title role of a remake of the Dudley Moore comedy Arthur.

He said: "Arthur is still an alcoholic billionaire playboy and I'll be getting a bit of a haircut for that. You have to move on... I think I'm ready for transformation."

Katie Price's son Harvey has been discharged from hospital, where he had been treated for suspected swine flu.

The disabled seven-year-old was admitted to the East Surrey Hospital on Wednesday with breathing difficulties.

Writing on Twitter last night Peter Andre said: "Harvey is okay and out of hospital earlier today. I'm smiling. Thank you everyone for asking."Andre and Price were reported to have been reunited at Harvey's bedside for the first time in four months.

Although swine flu was initially feared, doctors later ruled it out.

Nicolas Cage may have filed a $20 million lawsuit against his former business manager Samuel J. Levin alleging that he was reckless with his money, but new claims have surfaced that the actor might not be entirely free of blame for his debts.

He says Levin is repsonsible for him oweing more than $6 million in unpaid taxes, but While Cage blames
mismanagement for his financial ruin, US blog The Daily Beast has claimed the actor purchased more than
a dozen houses, two islands, dinosaur skulls, shrunken heads and at least 50 cars.

"[He] spent money like it was water," a source said.The details of his alleged wild spending include...

Property - Cage has bought houses in places like Newport Beach, Venice Beach, Malibu, San Francisco, Middletown, Rhode Island, New York, and Las Vegas.

He even owned a castle near Bath, England, an 11th-century estate in Etzelwang, Germany and two Bahamian islands.

Cage's primary residence was the 1940 Bel Air mansion with eight bedrooms, a theatre, wine cellar, and a library. But he put it on the market a few years back for more than $30 million. A source close to the sale says it went for less than $15 million.

Cage's two mansions in New Orleans have been foreclosed upon and will be auctioned off later this month. The first, a 13,000-square-foot, six-bedroom house in the Garden District, was originally put on the market for a reported $3.45 million. The second, on Royal Street in the French Quarter, went on sale for $3.5 million.

Bel Air Christmas party - According to The Daily Beast, "The Christmas party in the tent at Nicolas Cage's mansion was a major to-do. The pool was covered up. Blocks of ice were brought in and carved into a buffet table, from which an extravagant array of shellfish was served.

"A production crew blew fake snow. There were enormous nutcracker men, 8- to 10-feet-tall, out by the gate in front of the house. Lighting specialists came by and illuminated Cage's favorite cars, which sat on display in the driveway.

"Guests at the December 2003 event included Hugh Hefner and Jay Leno, who later called it the greatest Christmas party he'd ever been to."

Charity - In 2005, Cage gave $1 million to the Red Cross to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina. In 2006, Amnesty International announced that Cage was giving the organization $2 million.

Cars - In June 2004, he owned 18 motorcycles and 30 cars including "Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces, Bentleys", The Daily Beast reports.

At another point, two sources say Cage's car total was around 50. He also spent nearly half a million dollars on a Lamborghini Miura SVJ that had been owned by the shah of Iran.

Oh yeah, and he also own at least two yachts and a Gulfstream jet, which goes for anywhere between $45 million and $70 million.

One source said Cage spent over six figures on a Bentley, then sent it to be fitted with custom cabinetry in the back. A TV, stereo, and bar were all put in. The renovation costs totaled more than $50,000, but when it was done, the man for whom the car was spruced up couldn't even fit inside it.

"It was a bastard," a person who worked with Cage at the time said. "You couldn't sit in the back unless you're 5ft 8in. He's six-feet. Ultimately, he got rid of it."

Comic Books - Cage was an avid comic-book collector and even owned the most prized, Action Comics #1 (which contained the first appearance of Superman) and Detective Comics 38. In 2002, he sold them all for a reported $1.6 million.

Shrunken heads & skulls - Three people who visited his house reported seeing shrunken heads. Cage also purchased a dinosaur skull in 2007 for $276,000 in a heated auction with Leonardo DiCaprio.

Animals - In addition to a handful of pure breed dogs, Cage also had rare birds, lizards and snakes including two albino King Cobras.

Fine dining - One crew member from Cage's 1993 film 'It Could Happen to You' told The Daily Beast that a person was dispatched to caviar hotspot Petrossian in New York to get take away for the star and a few people on the set.

"It was something like $2,000 for a snack," the source said.

This time the 57-year-old was enjoying a visit to British Columbia in Canada. Enjoying it a bit too much in fact.Apparently, The Hoff was involved in an "altercation" with an elderly customer at the Cascade Casino and had to be lead away from the scene by three security guards.

But clearly David isn't too keen to put a stop to his boozy antics... he was reportedly spotted out drinking again just seven hours later.

And back in Germany for the MTV Europe Awards last night, the Hoff didn't do anything to quash rumours that he is struggling to stay sober... according to The Sun, he was stumbling the wrong way along the red carpet.

Come on David, perhaps it's time you followed the example of these stars and go for a spot of celebrity rehab...

New girl Jade, on the other hand, revealed that she doesn't really feel like a Sugababe yet.

"It's madness, it still didn't really feel real because with Amelle going away we haven't really been a trio other than the day I met the girls and the day we shot the video," she explained.

"I have only seen Amelle three times, so when she gets back and we start going out and performing as Sugababes it will really sink in."

Monica and Gabriela slammed the twins and told me (wait for it...), 'Jedward have no talent!' Ouch! The 27-year-old Romanian twins are completely gobsmacked the boys are in the final and begged 'X Factor' fans not to vote for them.

Gabriela told me: 'They can't sing at all! Those boys are out of tune and they can't dance either. We've been singing since we were 4-years-old and we've got fourteen years of stage school training, they've just come from nowhere!'

'We have that special something, we have the X Factor, they're just a novelty act that people will forget about soon, they're not like us!'

Model and bit-part actress Yvette Monet was reportedly once dating Verne and, though they went their separate ways several months ago, she claims that he made a series of abusive and threatening phone calls to her.The actor, best known for his role as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers trilogy, has allegedly been constantly texting and emailing his ex despite her requests for him to stop.

According to Australia's Daily Telegraph, he's been calling her a "hooker" and warning her to watch herself.

That may not sound too threatening coming from a man of his stature, but another report, this time in the Sydney Telegraph, says Yvette alleges that Verne told her that his friend Bart "is carrying guns and will do anything he says" and that "his friend Jose is a cop and has guns as well."

Her request is that Troyer stay away from her, her workplace, her home and her vehicle.

However, since Verne seems to be relying on his heavies to do the damage, we're not entirely sure how safe that makes her.

Many were surprised when a saucy video of Verne with his girlfriend surfaced some time ago, but then celebrity sex tapes are always popping up...

But that's exactly the way she likes it... and she likes it that way so much that she's decided to tell everyone that that's exactly the way she prefers it to be.

Cameron pitched up at the New York premiere of her latest movie The Box and, according to the Mirror's 3AM girls, has been carping on about how being famous is rubbish and all that.She said: "Love lives of the famous are distractions from people's own love lives. There are some celebrities who like to sell their own experiences, who are just out front with it.

"And that's something that people can buy. And there are other people who have their moments stolen from them by the media and by the paparazzi. Then millions of readers and TV viewers occupy their time with those stolen moments."

Of course, since Cameron doesn't really appear in any of these pesky gossip columns, we can only assume she's talking about OTHER celebrities who've had their "moments" so heinously "stolen".

But she explains: "If I'm missing from the pages and the blogs and the shows, I don't think that's such a devastation. I don't have to prove anything to anybody. I know who I am. I have my own sense of myself.

"And the things that I do, I do for myself and to challenge myself and to have my own experience."

Sounds like a severe case of sour grapes to us.

No matter how rich or how famous, there's nothing celebs like more than a good old moan...

"But I'm not going to give an answer. I know that people are really funny about, 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just f`**king give your whole life away?! Can I have your firstborn child?'"

Calm down Kristen, we were only asking.

Admittedly the rumours have continued for some time and Kristen added: "I've thought about this a lot. There's no answer that's not going to tip you one way or the other.

"Think about every hypothetical situation, 'Okay, we are. We aren't. I'm a lesbian'. I'm just trying to keep something."
Fair enough (though the lesbian one probably would have worked).

And just to put an end to it once and for all, she said: "If people started asking me if I was dating Taylor [Lautner], I'd be like 'F**k off!' I would answer the exact same way."

Fine. We'll just go back to speculating about Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift then.

The Poker Face singer popped out for a bite to eat at low-key restaurant Balans in Soho, London wearing, well... nothing really.Her lace dress, lovely as it was, was entirely see-through and her lingerie did little to hide her modesty since she was sporting a dental floss-style thong.

Of course, the prying eyes of the media meant that she had donned the oversized sunglasses and put her hand up to her face as the flashes (no pun intended) went off.

What the other guests at the restaurant thought of their fellow diner is unknown, though we're slightly concerned that she didn't at least wear some sort of coat to protect her from the British winter.

Still, it could have been worse, at least Alex Reid didn't turn up.

Lady Gaga's outfit was, of course, definitely not designed for the publicity. After all, celebrities are often caught on camera when they're not at their best...

Speaking publicly for the first time about the violent incident - for which Brown was sentenced to carry out 180 days of community service - and its aftermath, the R&B star said: "That's embarrassing - that's the type of person that I fell in love with."Talking to Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America, she continued: "So far in love, so unconditional, that I went back. It's humiliating to say this happened. To accept that? It's a traumatising experience... I stayed. I even went back after he beat me, which was wrong."

Rihanna, 21, also said she feared she may have sent the wrong message to other women in similar abusive relationships.

She said: "When I realised that my selfish decision for love could result in some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part.

"Even if Chris never hit me again, who is to say that their boyfriend won't? Who's to say that they won't kill these girls? These are young girls and I just didn't realise how much of an impact I had on these girls' lives until that happened."

But she insisted that she was now over the incident, explaining: "I am strong. This happened to me. I didn't cause this. I didn't do it. This can happen to me and it can happen to anybody."

Gorgeous granny Jo Wood is a lovely lady! I bumped into her on a girls night out with her daughter Leah and she couldn't wait to tell me all the goss from behind the scenes at 'Strictly'. Despite being laughed off the dancefloor by judge Craig, called a 'bush kangeroo' and voted off in week six, she's dancing again!

'I'm going on the tour!' screeched Jo. 'I'm joining Brendan to do a few of his live shows during his own tour, they'll be one-off surprise dances!'

Not such a surprise anymore though! Good on her, she's tiny and doesn't look like a granny at all, despite having six grandchildren. I'm thrilled she's still enjoying the 'Strictly' experience, I just hope she's on the 'Strictly' tour too!

Jo teamed up with ballroom lothario Brendan Cole this series and the pair were doing so well despite having to cope with judge Craig Revel Horwood and his spiteful comments comparing her to a 'bush kangeroo!' But even though the couple had sizzling chemistry it was a shame to see them voted off so soon.

Jo, 54, was partying with her daughter Leah, 31, at London's Hospital Club for the glam Peugeot Concept Car party. 'I really miss my rehearsals with Brendan the most,' Jo told me. 'We would do about five hours of dancing a day, nip off for some lunch and have a little chat, it was lovely... I don't miss Saturday's live show though!'

I was surprised to hear Jo's secretly still brushing up on those dance moves and Brendan's teaching her even more, so watch out Ricky Whittle! 'I had my first dance lesson with Brendan this week,' she told me. 'I can't wait to do some of his shows, it will only be a few but that's a good thing, I found the whole experience very, very hard... it was a lot for a woman of my age!' Ahhh. But who does she think will scoop the trophy at the end of it all? 'Ricky Whittle! He's amazing... he's a great guy too and he deserves to win!'

Sharon Osbourne has launched a scathing attack on Britain's Got Talent singing sensation Susan Boyle, describing her as looking like "a slapped a*se".

The former X Factor judge was doing a guest slot on a US radio show when she gave the "Hairy Angel" both barrels.

After encouragement from the show's hosts, she repeated the slur, saying: "I like everybody to do well. Even somebody that looks like a slapped a**e. God bless her. It's like, 'You go girl'. She does look like a hairy a**ehole."She added that Susan was a "lovely lady" who was in need of a razor, and said God had given her a lot of talent but also "hit her with a f**king ugly stick".

We knew Shazza was bitter after Simon Cowell let her walk away from The X Factor, but we didn't expect her to take it out on one of his artists so publicly.

OK, so they've only been together for a month or so, but already the celebrity rumour mill is claiming that Russell Brand and Katy Perry might be about to tie the knot.

A source close to sex-mad funnyman Russell has been quoted as saying: "We've never seen him like this. He always has a woman on his arm, or in his bed, and hasn't been interested in monogamy.

"But this is different - we all think it won't be long before he marries Katy. I'm waiting for a call to say they are in that Little Chapel in Vegas and have run off to get married."Not much in itself perhaps, but Russell himself (sort of) added fuel to the fire in an interview with the Sunday Times last weekend, in which he confessed that Katy had changed his life and even mentioned children.

He said: "Katy's lovely. I am living in a different way at the moment. Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with the calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years.

"I am ready for children actually. It's been seven years since I took drugs. I've made a film. I don't have to fight so much. I've grown weary of the carousel."

We knew Britney had spent a lot of dough getting her affairs in order after a troubled couple of years, but it's still a shock to learn that she has spent close to £800,000 on legal help with her 'conservatorship'.

Basically, any young people reading this should stop filling in those X Factor application forms right now, put them in the bin and sign up to study law instead.A court order has revealed that Britney spent that vast sum in just seven months, paying lawyers to represent her conservatorship - the group of people effectively stopping her spending all her cash - and it also makes clear that more fees are to follow.

US gossip site TMZ, which revealed the payments, also claimed that Britney spent roughly $280,000 in lawyer's fees to keep Adnan Ghalib, Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley away from her.

Looks like Britney might need to dust off her freeloading skills, if she's going to keep spending at that rate...

OK, now form an orderly queue please ladies, because it seems that Britain's most eligible bachelor Lembit Opik is back on the market again.

The Lib Dem MP, who has dated a string of improbably glamorous women including weathergirl Sian Lloyd and a Cheeky Girl, has split up with his latest flame - lingerie model Katie Green.News of the split was made public this week when Lembit was attending a comedy show by Frank Skinner.

The comedian spotted the MP in the audience and called him up on stage - asking him if he was single - to which he replied: "Yes, I am unfortunately."

He and Katie, who at 22 was half his age, were claimed to have met at a cocktail party and gone on to enjoy a string of intimate dates.

They were even pictured together at condom maker Durex's 80th birthday party, jointly clutching a goodie bag.
It saddens us to think that the contents may still be sitting unused on his bedside table.

Perhaps Lembit needs to stop punching above his weight and start downdating instead like these stars...

Jordan, real name Katie Price, was said to be distraught after Harvey, who suffers from septo-optic dysplasia, was taken to East Surrey Hospital with breathing difficulties.

A source told the Mirror: "Harvey had a massive temperature and couldn't keep any food down either. More worryingly, his breathing was also a huge concern and there was no option but to urgently seek medical advice."Another source confirmed: "The doctors weren't taking any chances. If he doesn't get any better, he might be there for a while. It could well be complications arising from potential swine flu but they don't know yet. He's a very poorly young man."

Katie Price was reportedly "in pieces" over the illness and ex-husband Peter Andre also rushed to Harvey's hospital bedside while Price's nanny and mum Amy cared for Junior and Princess.

It will be the first time for a long time that Peter and Katie have been together.

A source close to Pete, told the Sun: "It's the first time they have had one-on-one time since the divorce - something Jordan's been after for ages. It's sad it's taken Harvey's illness to bring them together."

Perry is stepping into Brand's shoes to host the MTV Europe Awards today and told reporters: "We're stepping on each other's turfs. I've learnt a couple of things over the last months that might not be appropriate for this!"Katy insisted that her fearless attitude was part of her appeal.

"I'm just going to be myself. MTV asked me back because I have this no fear attitude," she explained.

"I don't care if I do fall over or if a boob does fall out!"

And she really does mean that, folks. The singer went on to say that there would be a very real possibility of "nip slips', as she put it, and added: "I'm highlighting what God gave me. Using what your mama made!"

But how will she beat the 10 costume changes she managed last year?

"There's a 1930's dark romantic vibe. It's still gonna be fun but the fruit has all gone sour," said Perry.

"It's sexy with naughtier undertones. Taking the vibe of Berlin and putting into the visual - using lots of crystals and bowler hats and bow ties and boobie things."

We're guessing the "boobie things" might have been Russell's suggestion.

Michael Lohan has been banging on about how he's going to release telephone conversations with his daughter to back up his claims of her approaching meltdown.

In the clip, Lohan can be heard sobbing to her father, "Mommy says that I'm worse than you were. She doesn't back me... She doesn't stand by me... No one cares about me. They don't, by the way. It's about how they feel, not how I feel."It's not about me. It's never been about me, unless I fight for it."

But Lindsay has already hit back at her dad, who recently said in an interview that she looked "100 years old".

The actress made her feelings clear via Twitter, writing: "My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago.

"To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father.

"Haha-he's needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN."

It has now, unsurprisingly, been confirmed that Lindsay will be seeking a restraining order against her dad, and there is a distinct possibility that a defamation lawsuit could also be on its way.

The daughter of Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain was set to take a train from Boston to New York on Sunday when her travel plans went awry.According to reports, there was a mix-up with her ticket which, of course, led to a lot of 'do you know who I am'-style ranting (the ticket clerk didn't) in front of a queue of passengers.

A source told the New York Post: "She caused a huge backup on the line because she refused to pay herself. She was causing a scene and saying her name loudly to the guy behind the counter, but he had no idea who she was."
You're not alone, guy behind the counter... after all, she is basically just somebody's daughter.

But it all turned out okay in the end.

The source added: "Finally, she got out of line to call her business manager, who paid for her ticket."

Jimmy CarrStand-up comedian Jimmy Carr has spoken about the media furore that followed his joke about armed forces amputees.

Carr told the joke during a live show and says he took the resulting criticism to heart.

He told BBC Newsbeat: "I really took it to heart. I spend a lot of time reading the papers and writing jokes about things that are in the papers ad you sort of think it's all fun in the tabloids."I'm a huge supporter of our troops and it felt terrible. When people come to see me live, they know what kind of jokes I do. They know I'm going to be very, very edgy and I'm going to be saying things that are perceived as unsayable on television or radio.

"Suddenly radio stations and newspapers were phoning up people that weren't at the gig, who had lost family members in a war and telling them the joke and I just felt horrible, as you would."

But it wasn't all backlash according to Jimmy, who has visited rehabilitation centres at Selly Oak and Headley Court.

He added: "Lots of people are the victims of jokes, that's the way they work in my show. I think it was taken out of context. I've had a huge amount of support from guys in the armed forces.

"There's things like Twitter now, where it feels like if you get a hard time from the papers there is a direct line. That was really heartening because a lot of guys that I've met in the armed forces find that sort of thing very funny, it's a very dark sense of humour."

Jade Ewen when she was our Eurovision hopeWe can kind of understand Jade Ewen being just a tad nervous about the possibility of bumping into ex-Sugababe Keisha.

As the only original Sugababe at the time of her ousting, Keisha was clearly not going to be particularly happy about the situation. But 21-year-old Jade appears to be genuinely quite frightened.

The new Sugababes are set to perform at this year's Jingle Bell Ball, and when asked whether she had met Keisha, Jade told Metro: "No. I'm quite scared. I'm sure she wouldn't do anything to me..."

Hmm, we're not so sure.But Jade did let slip a couple of little extras that we hadn't heard from the whole situation.

She said that she was asked to join the group, but Heidi and Amelle changed their minds in a last minute attempt to keep Keisha.

"I can remember getting ready to get on the plane and the girls changed their mind and said they were going to do whatever it took to make it work with Keisha. I was really upset but I kept my suitcase with me just in case they changed their minds!"

Luckily, for Jade at least, further rows sealed Keisha's fate... well, that and the fact that clearly "whatever it takes" wasn't quite what Heidi and Amelle meant.

But Jade added: "One of the things I struggled with was being accused of being her friend beforehand and stabbing her in the back - but I've never met her in m life!

"Weirdly she sent me a friend request on Facebook a couple of weeks before this all happened and I was like, 'why would Keisha from the Sugababes add me?', and I sent her a message to say hi and never got anything back. Maybe it was a sign."

Maybe so, Jade, but to us it sounds like Keisha may have been storing up venom for some time.

Joe Swash at the National Television AwardsLast year's King of the Celebrity Jungle and one-time EastEnder Joe Swash has been declared bankrupt by London's High Court.

According to the Sun, 27-year-old Joe Swash failed to pay the final £20,000 instalment of a £120,000 tax bill and his bankrupt status was made official at the court yesterday.From now on, Joe's assets will be in the charge of The Official Receiver.

His agent, Becca Barr, insists that it's all a big misunderstanding and it'll all be ok shortly.

She said last night: "Joe has not been around to sort this one out. The bankruptcy should never have gone through.
He's not in financial difficulty - he's fine. There was a tax issue which will be resolved imminently. Everyone has to pay tax and Joe knows he is no exception."

A source confirmed: "The bankruptcy is purely down to tax debts - there are no other creditors listed on the petition."

Joe's character Mickey Miller was axed from EastEnders last year, but since then he has gone on to win I'm A Celebrity and, more recently, has filmed a documentary with Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson.

Now we have to confess that we can find Jordan as irritating as the next person - but despite spending more time than we would like writing about her, we're not quite at the stage where we're ready to burn a 27ft effigy of her on bonfire night.

But that's exactly what the villagers of Edenbridge in Kent will be torching in front of a crowd of 10,000 people on Saturday.The giant likeness looks pretty good to us, although we think the artist may have actually underestimated the size of her boobs.

In case anybody's not sure who it's meant to be, they've got her holding the severed heads of ex-hubby Peter Andre and her new bloke Alex Reid in one hand - and some celeb mags in the other.

The effigy is also wearing white jodphurs, in acknowledgement of her love of horse riding.

Each year the villagers picks a different celeb to consign to the flames, and last year it was Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand.

If you don't think the guy looks a lot like Jordan, you might think some of these celebrity lookalikes are better...

Robbie Williams has revealed that plans have already been made for him to perform with Take That again some time in the future.

Speaking on the Jonathan Ross show, which has already been recorded but will be aired on Friday night, he was asked by the host if he would work with the rest of the band - and replied: "Yes, I hope so."

He continued: "We've got together, done bits and bobs. I can't say much."Robbie performs his new single You Know Me and 2002 hit Feel on the BBC chat show.

Asked about performing live, he explained why he hadn't played live for three years, saying: "The decision was made for me, I've always been very nervous.

"You don't know what's going on in my head. It's traumatic, really scary. I ended up in rehab again, it was 'what are you doing to yourself?' I thought it's time to break the cycle."

Robbie also dropped more hints that he was ready to settle down with current girlfriend Ayda Field - who he recently suggested he could marry.

He said: "I was introduced to Ayda and things just changed. She's a wonderful person and I'm in love. She's really broody and I'm getting there."

OK, the picture probably gave it away - but then you'd probably have guessed it was Jedward from The X Factor anyway.

The terrible twosome overshadowed famous names such as Jim Carrey, Peter Andre, The Saturdays and, ahem, Chantelle Houghton as they and their fellow X Factor contestants turned up at the premiere of A Christmas Carol.A few contestants from rival BBC show Strictly Come Dancing also showed their faces, but were almost ignored by the crowd and the photographers in favour of the X Factor lot.

London's famous Leicester Square was transformed into a festive winter wonderland for the premiere, with fake snow, choirs and Christmas trees all laid on.

Other stars who attended were Colin Firth, Bob Hoskins, Taio Cruz, Konnie Huq and Jenny McCarthy.

And the premiere was timed to co-incide with the switching on of the Christmas lights in the West End.

Jim Carrey flicked the switch for Oxford Street, Firth did the honours for Regent Street and Bob Hoskins took care of St Paul's Cathedral.

That's right, she's claimed that she's going to STOP TALKING ABOUT PETE at the end of the year!

Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "From the New Year, I never want to talk about him again."But of course she then went on to get stuck right into him - suggesting that he should be on medication.

She said: "Pete's been blaming me for his panic attacks and nosebleeds, so I hear. What next? I expect it will be my fault next time he stubs his toe or spills soup down his shirt. I'm sick of it.

"Get a life, Pete. We got divorced, now move on."

Which is ironic since Pete insisted in his column for New! magazine, that she should jolly well leave him alone.

But Jordan continued: "I have panic attacks, they are horrible, but you don't go on about it. Panic attacks can be cause by the stress of not dealing with your true feelings.

"I think Pete should maybe get some help from a counsellor and look at getting some medication for the problem."

Yes, the singer has revealed in an interview that her dogs have their own entourage for when she is on tour.She admitted to Hello magazine that she had hired extra minders and security for a recent commercial that she starred in with her pets.

She said: "I had my team with me but the pups had a mini-entourage of their own, of course! And why wouldn't they?

"It was a big shoot and even my entourage had an entourage - my stylist had an assistant, my security had extra security.

"The shoot was based on the fact that some people think I'm a demanding diva. I have no idea why people have that impression!"

Mariah's most famous (possibly made-up) demand is that puppies and kittens be supplied to keep her entertained while on tour.

She's undoubtedly one of celebland's biggest divas, but she's got some stiff competition...

Danny: Last Christmas my misses bought me Ray Winston's one, it was just me sitting there with my mates and a little slice of Ray talking about football. I live and breathe football and thought I'd do my own little version. It's me talking about the greatest goals, own goals and what I've done on the pitch too. We went to Leyton Orient Football Club for the day, it only took a day to make. My fans will like it and their girlfriends should buy it for a little stocking filler this Christmas! If you don't like me, it'll be your worst nightmare! I wasn't allowed to swear though, they wouldn't let me... but I still get cheeky!

The Little Britain star pulled out of his role in Prick Up Your Ears just days after it had opened when the shock news broke - and was replaced by Con O'Neill.

But now it has been announced that the show will close three weeks early, with the last performance taking place at the Comedy Theatre on November 15.A statement from the producers said: "Despite very good feedback and notices for Con O'Neill's performance, the box office sales have not been sufficient to keep the show going.

"And so the producers have taken the difficult decision to close the show three weeks prior to its scheduled end date."

Even when actors aren't hit by the same sort of personal tragedy as Matt, things can still go very wrong on the stage...

But the usually tight-lipped actress has given a more revealing than usual interview in which she explains how her experience of love has ranged from the "mundane" to "strange sexual fetish stuff".

The 42-year-old actress said that her life has been quite adventurous in the love department.She told GQ magazine: "I've explored obsession. I've explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I've explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I've explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy."

Though she doesn't elaborate too much, she described her present marriage, to Keith Urban, as "dangerous" (though we don't think she means literally).

"You work on it," she says. "It's a very extraordinary, adventurous place to be: incredibly raw, incredibly dangerous and you're very much out at sea. You're exposed. You could drown.

"When you commit to someone like that, you live and die together by that decision."

Crikey... sounds like Keith might be included in the "obsession" part of her life.

Of course, Nicole was famously married to tiny Tom Cruise for 10 years... sadly, she's still not spilling the beans.

"I want to honour that marriage for what it was, and there is nothing I would go into about that, I have never discussed the intricacies of it and I never will," she insists.

"Victoria fell in love with them and realised she'd found the perfect present."

But perhaps she's learning, as she also says to OK! magazine that, "I've just decided I'll just stay in from now on, it's probably for the best!"

Kate Winslet at the 2009 OscarsOscar-winning actress Kate Winslet has accepted a £25,000 libel payout from the Daily Mail over allegations that she was telling porkies about her fitness regime.

The settlement figure was agreed at London's High Court earlier today, according to reports by BBC News.

Kate announced that she was suing the newspaper in May, over an article published in January, which accused her of misleading the public about her exercise habits.Though she was not present at the hearing, Winslet released this statement: "I am delighted that the Mail have apologised for making false allegations about me.

"I was particularly upset to be accused of lying about my exercise regime and felt that I had a responsibility to request an apology in order to demonstrate my commitment to the views that I have always expressed about body issues, including diet and exercise."

The offending article suggested that Winslet had been dishonest in an interview with Elle magazine in which she claimed she relied solely on workout DVDs rather than going to the gym.

Her statement concluded: "I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy."

The Daily Mail printed a retraction and an apology in September.

According to gossip site Holy Moly, the girls (and by girls, we mean Mutya, Siobhan and recently ousted Keisha) are back together and they're already having actual meetings.The three girls are reportedly in a second meeting with a producer (thought to be either William Orbit or Stuart Price) as well as their label.

Confusingly the site also reports that each of the girls has also been offered a solo deal, which is surely just asking for more jealous girl-fights. There is no news yet as to the band's name.

Still, the current Sugababes must be kicking themselves they've taken so long to get their act together.

The 28-year-old moved out of their home together last week and is reported to have instructed her lawyers to begin divorce proceedings against Darren Byfield.The couple split up two years ago after 33-year-old Walsall player was reported to have been cheating on her, but they got back together and tied the knot.

They have a four-year-old daughter, Tiani, and Jamelia has an eight-year-old daughter, Teja, from a previous marriage.

A statement read: "It is with regret that Jamelia and Darren Byfield today confirm they are splitting up and getting a divorce.

"No one else is involved. Their priority is naturally their two children."

The sun quoted a friend of the couple as saying: "Their relationship has been through lots of ups and downs. Jamelia took him back after he was accused of straying, but the last year has been tough.

"Jamelia decided to leave last week and there is no going back this time.

"They are both devastated, but have vowed to remain on civil terms for Tiani."

Close followers of the Peter Andre/Katie Price split will remember her mum wading in to give Pete what for recently, saying he was moody, manipulative and aggressive.

Well after biting his tongue for a week or so, he's rebutted her comments and said they better describe his ex-wife.Writing in his New magazine column, he said: "Apparently, I'm aggressive, manipulative, cold and an actor. Was she talking about me? Or Kate?! I just hope the kids do not read their nan's words when they are older."

And he also trashed Jordan's claims that he had been having it off with her bridesmaid.

He continued: "Apparently, I am sleeping with my best mate Nik's wife Michelle Clack, who was Kate's best friend and a bridesmaid at our wedding!

"First it's Chantelle Houghton, then Alesha DIxon, then my manager Claire, and now this. I'd love to know where I have the time for all these relationships."

It's been nine months since Chris Brown's infamous attack on his then girlfriend Rihanna on the night of a pre-Grammys party in LA - and finally she's ready to tell us about it.

The R&B star is to be interviewed on Good Morning America this Thursday and on a special edition of ABC's 20/20 on Friday.

She was left beaten, bloody and bruised by Brown's attack - for which he was convicted and ordered to serve 180 days community service.Brown has already been interviewed on Larry King, but appeared shifty and uncommunicative, so we're hoping Rihanna's going to be a little more forthcoming.

She is currently preparing to launch her new album, Rated R, and has already made the headlines with a series of raunchy outfits and a saucy single cover featuring her topless and wrapped in barbed wire.

It's almost as if she was trying to make a point.

Fallen TV star Michael Barrymore has been working as a handyman at a garage in Essex, and has been pictured putting rubbish in a skip with a wheelbarrow.

The former TV presenter, whose personal problems have made it difficult for him to get work in showbiz, now works at Shiltons Bodyworks in Epping, Essex, every Saturday morning - and sometimes on weekdays too.

It's not clear whether he gets paid for his help, but his colleagues apparently call him "the Saturday boy".Manager Bob Shilton told the Daily Mail: "Michael has been a friend of mine for 25 years.

"He just comes every now and then if I need help on a Saturday. This week he was cutting cardboard and sweeping leaves. I used to repair his cars when he had them, that was years ago.

"Because most of the guys who work for me have been here for years and years, they know Michael well anyway.

"Now, to them he's just one of the guys in the workshop. He comes in, makes the tea, has a chat, does his job, talks to the lads and goes home. He's just one of the guys from the shop."

Barrymore was one of the nation's best-known and highest-paid entertainers, but his career has never recovered from the body of Stuart Lubbock being found in the swimming pool at his Roydon home in 2001.

According to The Sun, Ayda's mum Gwen is in danger of losing her LA home and her situation is one of the reasons Robbie has decided to quit Britain once again (although we thought it was just Ayda's homesickness and the odd spot of rain).

In fact, Robbie's already back Stateside, having put his £8.5 million Wilshire mansion up for sale.A pal of Ayda's told the Sun: "Debtors are literally on Gwen's doorstep. Her house has been threatened with foreclosure.

"She doesn't work and has relied on money from her divorce and from family to fund her lifestyle. But things have been getting tricky recently and she's worried about the future."

Seems like a pointed use of the word "lifestyle" to us, but still, the source continued: "As a result, Ayda is concerned about her mum and is feeling stressed. It's a big part of why they have moved back to LA.

"Ayda feels she needs to be there to help her mum and she's hoping Robbie will just pay off all her debts.

"Robbie has already been extremely generous. He and Ayda have offered for her to move in but that is not going to work as a permanent solution."

Perhaps he could give her a job instead.

Robbie must be wishing he could command these celebrity earnings...

We can imagine. But perhaps you should consider a new security guard... maybe one who considers a guy following you in his car with a gun an actual threat.

The 25-year-old Sugababe is due to return to Britain on Thursday following 20 days at a private health clinic.

Amelle had suffered threats from fans of Keisha, who was recently ousted from the band, and doctors diagnosed her with nervous exhaustion saying she was a danger to herself.But daily sessions with psychologists who specialise in extreme cases of bullying have put her back on the right track.
A source told the Daily Star: "Amelle is over the moon to be leaving the hospital at last.

"She feels like a new person and can't wait to get back to work and put this sad situation behind her.

"The clinic's programme includes acupuncture, as well as group therapy session, building up confidence and tackling insecurities.

"Amelle's been doing a lot of exercise like hiking and running and said she's in a good place.

"She's ready to move forward with her life and get back to work with the band."

Luckily, she won't be shoved into the spotlight straight away. The release of the girls' new album has been pushed back to February of next year, as new girl Jade learns the back catalogue.

Kiefer SutherlandKiefer Sutherland clearly likes a drink. The '24' star already has a string of DUI convictions under his belt.

But we have to take our hats off to his latest session that began at seven o'clock in the morning.

Which isn't as bad as it sounds. After finishing up a shoot for the smash hit TV series, Kiefer and some of the crew members popped into The Spot in San Pedro, California for a celebratory tipple.We say tipple, we mean full-on drinking sesh. An employee told TMZ that Kiefer was happily knocking back the scotch and Cokes but also bought drinks for the 30 other people at the bar.

Apparently no food was included in the bar tab, but between them the crew managed to rack up $500 worth of booze from 7am to 1pm.

And we're guessing Kiefer was feeling a little merry when he left... leaving a $200 tip.

Thankfully though, Kiefer seems to have learnt from his previous indiscretions and responsibly used a designated driver.

Kiefer isn't the only star to enjoy a boozy night out. Unfortunately, there's always a photographer waiting for the tired and emotional celebs...

To add further fuel to the furore over John and Edward's X Factor success, the show's producers have been accused of boosting the brothers' chances.

Traditionally, acts that are on first are thought to be more likely to get voted out, as fans "forget" to vote for them as the phone lines open at the end.

On Saturday night, an hour before the show started, TV bosses changed that week's running order.According to the Daily Star, 18-year-old Joe McElderry was moved to the first slot as the producers were confident that his fan base would keep him in. But John and Edward were shifted to the last-but-one spot, instead of the opening one they had been originally scheduled for.

Sources are claiming that gossip around the brothers is helping to boost the show's ratings, with 12 million watching last Saturday. Especially as Simon Cowell has claimed he will leave the country if they win, which could explain why millions are voting for the brothers to stay.

But an X Factor spokeswoman denies deliberate manipulation, saying that running order changes have happened before, "Often after a dress rehearsal the producers may decide to alter the running order to change the pace of the show...The fact that John and Edward sang towards the end of the show means nothing."

At least "Jedward" have managed to keep calm under the pressure, unlike other stars who've experienced celebrity stage frights...

According to dad Mitch, Amy is now addicted to exercise and reportedly spends up to four hours a day in the gym.Her father told BANG Showbiz: "Everything at the moment is under control. Sometimes - and I'm not talking about Amy - sometimes other addictions come after another addiction."

And he's definitely NOT talking about Amy there, okay?

Mitch continued: "One of Amy's positive addictions is she's got her own gym. She's in the gym three or four hours a day. I mean boy is she fit - really, really fit. So that's a really positive addiction.

"But addictions can come in groups. It can be buying stuff, buying stuff that's not necessary. She's been through that as well. The whole process is one of recovery."

We're guessing some sort of religious cult will be next on the list.

But it's nice to hear that Amy's doing well, though we could have done without her dad discussing her boobs.

"I don't think the boob job was about confidence. I think that when she lost all that weight, the weight never came back on her boobs and they were saggy. So whatever the reason is, she looks great now," he explained.

According to Laura White from last year's show, Alex and Ruth "no longer speak" and rumour has it that the pair fell out during the X Factor finalists' stadium tour earlier this year.Lorenzo missed winner Alexandra's 21st birthday celebrations back in September, but blamed her absence on family commitments in Spain (we're quite surprised she didn't say "scheduling conflicts" as is the done celebrity thing).

And Alex has been making sure to tell everybody that they "shouldn't believe" the tabloid stories over her apparent inability to get on with any of the X Factor finalists.

But now Laura White has told the Daily Star Sunday: "I see the other contestants, but I haven't heard from Alex. She no longer speaks to Ruth either. I'm not sure why."

Probably because she's a big star now and you haven't already had a number one and you're not invited to all the big celebrity dos, Laura.

But it seems it's been coming for a while. After being eliminated from the show last year, Ruth Lorenzo announced plans to move in with Burke, but later said that the arrangement would not be going ahead.

We wonder why?

"Realistically someone would have picked up the phone and contacted the family.

Though Gately was reportedly worth a considerable amount of money, his husband has insisted that he doesn't want a penny and that his legacy should go to his family and his favourite charities.

Coleen Rooney has given birth to a baby boy, who she and footballer hubby Wayne have named Kai.

The 23-year-old gave birth at the Liverpool Women's Hospital today, and there was speculation that the youngster's arrival was imminent because Wayne had not turned up for training with Manchester United.The infant's full name will be Kai Wayne Rooney and he was born nine days overdue.

It has been reported that the baby was induced, although this has not been confirmed. The couple went to the hospital at 10pm on Sunday - and Wayne, 24, slept in a father's room overnight.

The couple had been praised for choosing the NHS hospital, close to the area where they grew up, rather than a plush private hospital like many celebs.

So now Coleen has joined the ranks of the celebrity yummy mummies, as featured in our gallery...

But I was disappointed to see the lads hadn't raided the 'Strictly' make-up room before they left and made no attempt to scare me at all! I was unrecognisable in my dead witch's outfit at the Dusk Til Dawn Halloween party at London's Amika nightclub but the 'Strictly' crew seemed glum among the goblins and ghouls and Brendan moaned to staff, 'There's far too many in here tonight!'

But I hear the real reason they weren't in the mood to party was because they were all gutted to see Zoe Lucker leave the show this week.

Ricky told me: 'She's gorgeous, I really like her and now we're all such great mates we'll keep in touch. It's a real family environment backstage so when anyone goes the tears are real.'

John and Edward have survived another week in The X Factor, after Rachel Adedeji got the boot from the fourth live show on Sunday night.

The mother of troubled singer-turned-reality-TV star Kerry Katona has complained to the press that her daughter is selling the home she is living in to pay off her huge debts.

Kerry has a tax debt of almost £500k, but Sue Katona says she will be left homeless if Kerry sells off the £130,000 terraced house in Warrington.

She says she has been told she must leave by January 15 - even though she claims Kerry told her the home would be hers for life.Kerry, 29, bought the house for £37,500 in 2001, using her earnings from Atomic Kitten, but she is now bankrupt and her only other asset is reported to be £100,000 equity in her own £1.5m home.

Sue, 51, who has not spoken to Kerry for weeks after a furious row, said: "I never expected that my own daughter would see me on the streets but it's going to happen - and very soon. On top of that I've lost my daughter too.

"I know Kerry has to put herself first but she gave me her word that I would never lose my house. Now Kerry and I haven't spoken for weeks."

The Arsenal star, 20, who earns around £60k a week, bought the new California model for Mel to replace the VW Beetle he bought her three years ago.The Sun quoted a source as saying: "Melanie is over the moon. She loves the car and has even got a personalised number plate for it.

"She was scared of driving it at first, but she took it for a spin in London to get rid of her nerves."

Theo is expected to have to pay around £20k just in insurance for the powerful 193mph motor.

Mel is not the typical WAG, in that she shunned the limelight to concentrate on her university studies - but she has recently signed a deal to promote Helly Hansen clothing.

Li-Lo's mum told the New York Post that he was six months behind on his support payments.She was quoted as saying: "On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail.

"He's getting paid for these shows he's doing talking about Lindsay. He's flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he's hurting every time he goes on television."

She also claimed she'd sent him a cease-and-desist letter after he revealed he was planning to play phone messages from her about Lindsay on the TV.

"That's not going to happen," she said. "If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it. He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?'"

David HasselhoffHis booze binges and drunken antics are well-known these days and now David Hasselhoff has compared himself to Amy Winehouse as he battles his addiction to alcohol.

The Baywatch star's problem came to the attention of the general public when his daughter filmed him slurring and falling about whilst trying desperately to eat a burger.And since then, there have been more reports, most recently when the star was admitted to rehab after accidentally punching an unsuspecting doctor at a hotel.

But the Hoff is facing up to his addiction and has surprised everyone by comparing himself to the Back to Black singer, who has also dealt with a stay in rehab.

"The problem that I've experienced in my own life and some of the stuff that's been documented about Amy is a universal problem," he told the Daily Star.

"It's an illness. You don't wake up in the morning and decide to have this problem."

Since The Hoff has been hospitalised on two occasions already this year, perhaps a more prolonged stay in rehab is what's needed.

If David does decide to check in, he'll be in good company... celebrity rehab is all the rage these days...

Having spent a reportedly saucy few hours with a male model named Petey, Li-Lo has been involved in some good old-fashioned snogging with Gerard Butler.According to the Mirror's 3AM Girls, Lindsay turned up at the launch of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in Morocco, where the likes of Naomi Campbell, Guy Ritchie, Naomi Watts and the Le Bons were partying the night away.

Speaking to the Mirror about her well-publicised lovelife: "I'm fed up of all the drama.

"I just want to find someone who loves me back. I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack every time I think about the break-up. I came here to get away from it all. I'm ready to have fun now."

And have fun she did. Lindsay apparently grabbed Gerard, 39, during Michael Jackson's Billie Jean and proceeded to put her Trilby on his head before dirty dancing with the Scottish actor.

Which inevitably lead to some in the corner snogging.

Lindsay said: "He's hot, he's mine! I've got no ring on my finger so I'm gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all."

And just to prove it, the pair left in a golf buggy.

He may being currently enjoying Lindsay's charms, but Gerard was previously linked to Jennifer Aniston whom he met whilst filming The Bounty. And plenty of stars are involved in workplace affairs these days...

And having received threats from a loony cage-fighting fan who claims they will kill her horses, the model was clearly on the defensive.

She wrote: "I dont think some of you understand DONT attack my horses, my children, my family and DONT attack pete only ATTACK me thankyoux".

Let's hope nobody's taking that too seriously.

But it's a different story now, with Katy turning Russell into more of a lovesick puppy than a hound.

"Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with the calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years."

"I think I have grown weary of the carousel."

Still, the tiny black hat and veil were a nice classy touch.

The singer was spotted at her favourite drinking establishment, The Hawley Arms, sporting a cheap faux-gold golf trophy, which she cleverly tied on with some gold gift-wrapping ribbon.Blue Peter eat your heart out.

But Amy didn't stop there with her bizarre outfit. Also appearing were her now regular drawn-on freckles and what looked like a 1980s seaside town-style sun visor with classy multi-coloured notes design.

The tipsy star was enjoying a Mischief Night (traditionally celebrated the night before Halloween) bash with pals following dinner at the Fish Works café in Marylebone.

We have to admit that it was a fancy dress do, but exactly what Amy dressed up as is anybody's guess.

The Spice Girls performing during their 2007 reunionRemember how impressive the opening ceremony for the Beijing Olympics was? Well, it looks like the British Olympic committee are not to be outdone.

Rumour has it that pop mogul Simon Fuller is behind a move to get Sporty, Baby, Ginger, Scary and of course Posh, together in time for the 2012 opening of the London games.

Simon, 49, told the Mirror: "They stand for so much in British music history and I can't think of a better time for them to get back together for another performance. The demand for them as a band is as strong as ever."We'd question that, but still. He also hinted at a farewell tour for the same year.

"They will not want to be performing hits like Wannabe in their 40s, but it's amazing how often people talk about another reunion. And I think if they do it, it's going to be in 2012."

Rumours of some kind of Spice reunion have been rife in recent months, though Geri Halliwell said: "Right now we are gathering information and thinking about possibilities. But you don't tell the world until it's concrete."

And the girls are all busy these days with their own projects. Mel C is performing in Blood Brothers in the West End, Emma Bunton is a DJ on Heart FM and Mel B is attempting to fashion herself into a TV presenter.

Victoria has made a storming success of her own fashion label and Geri is reportedly working on a movie screenplay (for which we can't wait), so quite where the Girls will manage to squeeze in the Olympics is anyone's guess.

But, as Gordon Brown says: "The 2012 Olympics will be spectacular. Music and the cultural aspects will be very important."

We're cringeing already.

The Spice Girls have already managed it once, and their are plenty of celebs making comebacks these days...

And the latest celeb tweeter to think about quitting is regular Twitter user, Stephen Fry.

Despite his more than 900,000 followers, Stephen apparently took offence to one follower, who wrote: "I understand @stephenfry's tweets but, much as I admire and adore the chap, they are a bit... boring.... (sorry Stephen)."Fry's reply was: "Think I may have to give up on Twitter. Too much aggression and unkindness around. Pity. Well, it's been fun."

And the 52-year-old, who famously suffers from bipolar disorder, wrote: "You've convinced me. I'm obviously not good enough. I retire from Twitter henceforward. Bye everyone," before adding: "Well maybe I'll see how I feel in a few days. Very low and depressed at the moment and any drop of meanness makes it so much worse. Sorry."

Thankfully, Stephen didn't go down the Miley Cyrus route and announce his feelings via the medium of rap (though it probably would have been mighty entertaining if he had).

But it did spark a furious backlash against the terrible tweeter that started the whole thing, with fans flooding the site with support for Stephen.

As it turns out Mr Fry was just having a bad day (or two). And, to the relief of his fans, he returned to the site to say: "Arrived in LA feeling very foolish.

"Wasn't the fault of the fellow who called me 'boring', BTW. A mood thing. Sunshine will help. So sorry."

He later added: "This is so awful. I feel more sheepish than a sheep."

McFadden enjoyed a few days with his two children recently after attending the funeral of Stephen Gately, but in the wake of Kerry's drugs trauma had spoken on Irish TV about his desire to gain custody of the kids.And Kerry's got all upset about his apparently sudden interest.

A close pal told the News of the World: "It's not Brian who puts food on the table for them every day, takes them to school, does their washing, supervises their homework, gives them baths and does all the boring jobs that go with parenthood.

"It's Kerry who does that. It's Kerry who is there for them 52 weeks a year - and that is tough."

Of course, strictly speaking it IS Brian who puts food on the table, since Kerry was sacked from her Iceland ad campaign and current hubby Mark seems literally incapable of working.

And we're guessing it's probably a nanny who does the washing, bathing kinds of stuff, but we're just nit-picking really.

The pal added: "Any dedicated dad would be just round the corner so that he could see his daughters all the time - not half-way round the world. The girls both long for more contact with their dad."

Brian currently lives with Delta Goodrem in Australia but has said that he would return to Ireland should he get custody of the girls.

But the clearly seething pal continued: "It's funny he flies all the way back from Australia to go to the funeral of a pop star - but doesn't fly back that often just to see his children.

"Brian knew he'd end up in the papers by going to the funeral. He wants to do all the glamorous things - but none of the grind that goes with being a parent."

We're not sure we'd call a funeral glamorous, but we get your point, Kerry's pal.

As role models go, we're not sure either Kerry or her ex are the best.

Originally, 36-year-old Jude has expressed no wish to see the baby, though he insisted he would be supporting little Sophia financially.

But, according to the Daily Mail, he's now having a change of heart. A family friend told the paper: "He felt it would be easiest to just pay Samantha and hope that she moved on and left him alone."But now he is feeling very torn. He is on the brink of going to see Sophia but first of all, he wants to make sure his older kids feel totally secure and to make them feel they are involved in what is one of the biggest decisions of his life."

Presumably he wasn't quite so indecisive when it came to the conception, but stil.

Jude recently flew his three children from his marriage to Sadie Frost to New York, where he is starring in Hamlet on Broadway, in a bid to reassure them that they are still the most important little people in his life.

And his folks, Maggie and Peter, came too and helped care for the kids.

The pal added: "Samantha wants him to be involved with their daughter's life and be an active father. And Jude's own parents want to know their new granddaughter.

"But he was in such a low mood that Maggie and Peter decided to go home and Jude was obliged to fly out Sadie's sister, Jade, to help out instead."

And things didn't get any better when ex-wife Sadie flew out for her daughter's ninth birthday.

The source said: "Jude told her she couldn't stay with him. He feels she is on his case about how he's split the family because of his ridiculous, irresponsible behaviour in getting Samantha pregnant. He suggested she stay in a hotel around the corner.

"In the end, she stayed just for the weekend and she and Jude had a massive bust-up."

Law's spokeswoman declined to comment on the whole sorry situation.

Cheryl and Ashley Cole at Wings Chinese restaurant in ManchesterThere's been a lot of pointed not turning up to things between Cheryl and Ashley Cole recently.

And Cheryl received another blow from her footballing husband last weekend when he refused to attend a party to celebrate the success of her debut solo single.

Cheryl had a bash planned at the Mayfair Hotel in London last Sunday when her single, Fight For Your Love went straight to number one.

But it all went pear-shaped when Ashley refused to come and a teary Cheryl cancelled the do at the last minute.A pal told the Daily Mail: "The Cole household is not a happy one at the moment.

"Ashley has a touch of the green-eyed monster and doesn't like being in Cheryl's shadow.

"There's a lot of tension between them because Cheryl is busier and busier and she is now eclipsing Ashley's success. He's acting like a spoilt child because she's getting all the attention."

Last year there was trouble when Ashley was alleged to have had a bit of a fling with Aimee Watson and the Chelsea player was arrested earlier this year for being drunk and disorderly.

It might be easier, Cheryl, if you just didn't invite him next time, thereby being pointed before he gets a chance.

Ashley's jealousy seems a little out of place, but then celebs can always find something to moan about. Check out our gallery of celebrity whingers...

Jordan riding one of her horses at the Horse of the Year ShowWhile she must be aware that she's not the nation's favourite person these days, Jordan has reportedly been left terrified over a loony threat to kill her horses.

According to the News of the World, four letters have been sent calling the glamour girl names such as "slag" and claiming to "kill the horses".

And there's more than one nutter making threats. Recent remarks made on a mixed martial arts website read: "Don't wear the T-shirt again or the horses will be killed".It is believed that the writer was a cage-fighting fan angered when Jordan recently climbed into the ring after one of Alex's fights wearing a top that read "The Champ".

Security surrounding Jordan has already been stepped up but she is now planning new measures at her Surrey home.

A friend told the News of the World: "She was in tears about the threats. She can't understand why someone would be so evil. She got very anxious on Friday. It was basically a panic attack.

"She needed to sit down and be comforted by friends. She can understand why people might not like her but to cal her all those evil names and threaten innocent animals is disgusting."

A spokesman for Hampshire Police confirmed that cops were investigating the threats, saying: "We have received information that threatening or inappropriate comments have been made on a website and are investigating."

Jordan's most recent purchase was her new dressage horse Cross Dresser, for which she paid £170,000.

Robert Pattinson at the Teen Choice awardsHe might have hordes of screaming girls following him wherever he goes, but Twilight star Robert Pattinson isn't so lucky when it comes to actually pulling one.

And just to take the fun out of it, he's denied claims of a blossoming romance with co-star Kristen Stewart or any other hot young thing.The one-time child model told The Sun (laughingly apparently): "There's not a single true story written about me. I never do anything."

Which only confirms Robert's recent claims that he hates being famous and all the screaming girls following him about and generally stays in his room (probably listening to emo).

But poor Robert's fans are only after one thing... and that's Edward Cullen.

"I don't take any of it seriously," he says. "The girls scream out for Edward Cullen, not Robert. And I still can't get a date."

We secretly think he may just not be trying hard enough, but never mind.

Pattinson also revealed that, after missing out on the new hit American vampire series True Blood, he feared that landing the role in Twilight might be beyond his grasp.

Something to calm the nerves was clearly in order so Robert took a trip to the medicine cabinet.

"I took a quarter of Valium for the first time - and it worked. But when I tried another Valium before another audition, it backfired and I passed out," he confessed.

Let's hope he doesn't try the same trick when he goes on a date.

Robert obviously isn't actually a vampire but he does play one in the movies. And since it's October 31, it's only fair that we take a look at some of the celebrities in their Halloween getups...
